New Purpose-Built Fabrication Facility
In February 2021, ERG Plastic Fabrication relocated to a purpose-built workshop designed to support larger and more complex thermoplastic and GRP fabrications.
The new facility includes dedicated areas for:

Thermoplastic fabrication

GRP lamination

Vessel finishing

Overhead lifting capability

External assembly and testing space
The workshop is equipped to handle fabrications up to 4.5 metres in diameter and 10 metres in length, allowing ERGPF to undertake larger bespoke builds while maintaining dimensional control and practical workflow.
The external assembly area supports testing, skid preparation and final checks prior to dispatch.
Closer Integration with the ERG Group
The site also houses office space for the wider ERG team, improving coordination between project, design and fabrication functions.
