ERG Plastic Fabrication provides a range of fabrication-led services to support bespoke thermoplastic and composite builds.
Our services are focused on workshop delivery, inspection, and practical site support – not system design or process ownership.
We coordinate fabrication schedules to align with client project programmes, incorporating:

Trial assembly (where required)
Preparation for shipment
Our focus is controlled manufacture and timely delivery.
Where equipment is manufactured in sections, ERGPF can carry out trial assembly within the workshop prior to dispatch. This ensures dimensional accuracy and correct alignment before installation on site.
Fabricated components are inspected and tested in accordance with project specifications. Testing may include spark testing, hydrostatic testing and pressure testing where required. (Full testing capability is detailed on the Quality Control page.)
ERG Plastic Fabrication undertakes workshop-based refurbishment, modification and repair of thermoplastic and GRP components. Services include: Structural laminate repairs Replacement internals Stress crack remediation Component upgrades
Where accidental damage or unforeseen failure occurs, ERGPF can provide responsive repair support subject to scope and access. Our role is to restore fabrication integrity - not to redesign process systems.
Where required, ERGPF can provide fabrication supervision for site assembly and installation of ductwork and vessels manufactured by our workshop. We may also assist with removal or modification of redundant thermoplastic plant.
ERG Plastic Fabrication does not provide process design services. Where design input is required, ERG (Air Pollution Control) Ltd offers dedicated process and engineering design capability. ERGPF operates as the fabrication workshop supporting specified builds.
