ERG Plastic Fabrication operates from a purpose-built facility in West Sussex, designed to handle bespoke thermoplastic and GRP fabrications of varying scale and complexity.
The workshop layout supports dedicated areas for thermoplastic fabrication, GRP lamination, finishing and assembly, allowing controlled workflow and dimensional accuracy throughout production.
The site provides:
Fabrication space for vessels up to approximately 4 metres in diameter
Capacity for larger structures where sectional construction is appropriate
Overhead lifting capability
External hardstanding for trial assembly and pre-dispatch preparation
Vessel height is accommodated through sectional fabrication and controlled on-site assembly where required.
